Call History

Call History

The call history is a list of all the calls made to your Voice AI agent. You can use it to monitor and analyze the calls answered by your Voice AI agent. Click on the call history icon on the dashboard to view the call history.

Here is an example of the call history when some calls have been made.

If you click on a call, you will see the call details including the transcript of the call and the audio recording of the call.
